About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD. This is a hybrid role, and local candidates are preferred. Due to federal regulations and the sensitive nature of the work, candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Juniper and Aruba, as well as Cisco LAN, WLAN, and WAN network infrastructure. You will be involved in network design, implementation, deployment, troubleshooting, and project delivery within a production enterprise network environment. Excellent customer-facing and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• CCNP or JNCIP certification (Required)
• 10+ years of network engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper and Aruba networks
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, and Spanning Tree protocols
• Experience in network design, implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Experience in production enterprise network environments
• Experience with network project design and delivery
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Proficiency in technical documentation and creating network diagrams
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and troubleshoot production enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco network devices (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Configure and manage routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and Spanning Tree.
• Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Create technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Lead network projects from design to delivery.
• Provide strong customer-facing support and communication.
