About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for supporting on-premises networking, IT infrastructure, enterprise security, and hybrid cloud connectivity while serving as a senior technical resource for complex network issues.

Requirements

Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including switching, routing, wireless, Cisco ISE, and Cisco DNA Center.
Experience administering FortiGate firewalls and VPN technologies.
Knowledge of hybrid cloud networking concepts within AWS.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, maintain, and optimize LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
Support enterprise network hardware, including Cisco Nexus switches, routers, wireless access points, and FortiGate firewalls.
Manage enterprise network security using FortiGate firewalls and Cisco technologies, including Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA Center.
Configure, test, and maintain secure VPN connectivity with external business partners and remote locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, routing, hardware, and software issues.
Analyze and prioritize support requests based on business impact and operational urgency.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure reliable network performance.
Identify opportunities for network improvements, automation, and proactive maintenance.
Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and AWS environments using AWS Transit Gateway.
Deploy and maintain AWS PrivateLink and private VPC endpoints to enable secure communications.
Support hybrid DNS architecture using Amazon Route 53 Hosted Zones and Resolvers.
Utilize AWS networking and monitoring tools, including VPC Flow Logs, CloudWatch Metrics, and Transit Gateway Network Manager, to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
