About The Position

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability across complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, VPN concentrators, wireless access points, and load balancers.
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise LAN and WAN environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise with networking protocols and technologies including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, 802.1Q, HSRP, QoS, MPLS, IPsec, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, and EtherChannel.
  • Experience working with SD-WAN technologies and hybrid network architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts and connectivity architectures.
  • Experience monitoring network performance, capacity, security, and availability metrics.
  • Experience creating network topology and architecture diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing fault-tolerant, scalable, secure, and highly available network infrastructures.
  • Industry networking certification such as Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and load balancers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.
  • Monitor network health, availability, capacity, and performance to ensure optimal operations.
  • Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, IP addressing schemes, firewall rules, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and DevSecOps teams to support hybrid and cloud-connected environments.
  • Support SD-WAN implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist with installation, upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management of network infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, architecture policies, and operational best practices.
  • Perform disaster recovery planning, fault tolerance design, and network resiliency improvements.
  • Work independently on network projects and provide recommendations for infrastructure modernization and optimization.
