About The Position

The Senior Network Engineer designs, analyzes, plans and modifies network components supporting customer communication implementation activities. The Senior Network Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Network Engineer – Site Readiness is responsible for the technical planning, deployment, testing, and validation of network infrastructure supporting new site openings, acquisitions, and enterprise healthcare facilities. This role leads site readiness activities including IT closet build-outs, low-voltage cabling, carrier circuit delivery, SD-WAN and network deployments, infrastructure testing, and go-live support. The engineer works across internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure sites are fully operational, compliant with enterprise standards, and ready for business operations. Owns the end-to-end technical readiness of healthcare facilities. Ensuring IT closets, low-voltage infrastructure, carrier services, network equipment, testing, validation, and operational handoff are complete prior to go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of Network Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of executing large scale Infrastructure projects and deployments.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
