Summary: We are seeking a Senior Network Engagement Lead who will be responsible for configuring systems, creating organizations within the system, creating and training users, and acting as the voice of entities on the network. Additionally, the Network Engagement Lead will serve as a dedicated onboarding concierge to all entities on Bamboo Health's Behavioral Health network. The role will require a highly motivated individual with a passion for improving behavioral health outcomes and a strong desire to help scale and optimize the adoption of Bamboo Health Behavioral Health solutions across statewide networks. The Senior Network Engagement Lead will lead onboarding, adoption, and network engagement efforts for Bamboo Health's Behavioral Health solutions, helping organizations successfully implement and maximize value from OpenBeds and Crisis across statewide networks. This role combines implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy, serving as a trusted partner to providers, state agencies, and internal teams to drive network growth, utilization, and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, or technology).
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare operations, project management, or account management).
  • Experience building trusted relationships with state agencies, government partners, or other external stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive presence, including strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, especially behavioral health.
  • Experience with software implementation, project management, end-user training, and/or change management.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
  • A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
  • The ability to travel periodically for work.

Responsibilities

  • Configure systems, create organizations within the system, create and train users, and drive initial adoption.
  • Facilitate timely training and configuration for all OpenBeds and Crisis organizations and provide best-practice education for all end users.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for providers during onboarding and early adoption phases, conducting follow up communication and outreach during first 90 days.
  • Serve as a dedicated onboarding concierge to all entities on Bamboo Health's Behavioral Health network.
  • Recommend new implementation processes to increase scalability and user adoption.
  • Execute engagement strategies related to network growth, increasing adoption, utilization and overall customer retention per the strategy set by the State Account Manager (SAM).
  • Escalate end user concerns, provider barriers and adoption risks to the SAM.
  • Work toward network goals and KPIs established by the State Account Director (SAD) for each prioritized state.
  • Support state governance committees by providing adoption insights, trends, and recommendations for prioritized states.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for state agency partners, building and maintaining trusted relationships with state behavioral health, Medicaid, and other government stakeholders from end-users to senior leaders.
  • Partner with state agencies to align network onboarding and adoption efforts with each state’s priorities, program goals, and funding requirements.
  • Drive statewide adoption strategy in partnership with Account Management, growing provider participation, utilization, and retention across each prioritized state’s network.
  • Deliver regular state-level status reporting, surfacing adoption trends, risks, and escalations to state agency partners and internal leadership.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing).
