Requirements

Experience in network lifecycle from design validation through deployment, expansion, automation, and operational support.
Experience leading network build and expansion projects for new OCI Regions and AI infrastructure.
Experience deploying, operating, and supporting large-scale spine-leaf data center fabrics, backbone, edge, and metro networks.
Experience executing complex network changes while continuously improving operational procedures and deployment standards.
Experience developing new Methods of Procedure (MOPs), runbooks, and operational best practices.
Experience partnering with Program Managers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver network projects on schedule.
Experience participating in network architecture reviews and influencing future infrastructure designs.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership across projects.
Experience participating in on-call and operational rotations supporting critical production infrastructure.
Experience leading troubleshooting and serving as an escalation point during high-priority network events.
Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions.
Experience developing automation using Python and modern engineering practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate scripting, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational workflows while applying sound engineering judgment and validating all outputs.
Experience collaborating with Network Automation teams to integrate new tooling and automation capabilities.
Experience partnering with network vendors to resolve software defects, qualify new firmware releases, and validate new hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead network build and expansion projects for new OCI Regions and AI infrastructure.
