About The Position

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support DHS CISA’s CI-ISE and HSIN-CI platform environments. This role is responsible for supporting systems architecture and cloud infrastructure integration. The position is contingent upon contract award and is not funded at this time. The work location is Arlington, VA / National Capital Region, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. Remote work is not authorized, and relocation is not offered.

Requirements

• Expert-level understanding of systems architecture, network design, and hybrid cloud implementations.
• Proven ability to execute cloud infrastructure and platform integration within secure federal environments.
• Deep knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
• Strong capability in cross-platform integration and infrastructure performance optimization.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of systems engineering or network administration experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability / Public Trust or Entry on Duty (EOD) approval.
• Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Industry-recognized certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Security+, or CISSP) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and manage complex systems and network infrastructures for the CI-ISE and HSIN collaboration platforms.
• Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning, hybrid environment management, and platform integration to ensure high system availability and uptime.
• Ensure all infrastructure components strictly adhere to federal security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST guidelines, and DHS 4300A policies.
• Lead cross-platform integration efforts, ensuring secure data flow between HSIN-CI, HSIN-Cyber, and HSIN-ES environments.
• Perform ongoing infrastructure performance optimization, monitoring network health, and resolving high-priority system incidents within stringent PWS timelines (e.g., within 24 hours).
• Collaborate with software developers and web administrators to deploy technical upgrades and maintain data accuracy, structure, and accessibility.
