About The Position

The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for advanced support, administration, and optimization of network-connected systems across multiple locations. This role provides technical expertise, takes ownership of complex issues, and supports system design, implementation, and performance improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in the administration and underwriting of access control, camera systems, and smart home technologies, ensuring systems are deployed, configured, and maintained according to operational and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS)
  • Strong knowledge of telephony systems, including POTS and VoIP technologies
  • Experience with access control, camera systems, and smart devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end systems
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise camera systems (e.g., Meraki, Eagle Eye, or similar platforms) preferred
  • Experience with access control platforms (e.g., Brivo, Salto, Dormakaba, ElevateOS) preferred
  • Industry certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience leading deployments, system implementations, or small technical projects preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex Level 1 issues involving networks, access control systems, surveillance/camera systems, smart home devices, and telephony systems (POTS and VoIP)
  • Perform deep troubleshooting using logs, packet captures, and diagnostics
  • Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
  • Take full ownership of issues through resolution, including coordination across teams and vendors
  • Administer access control, camera, and smart home systems
  • Perform underwriting and validation of deployments
  • Troubleshoot camera outages, video loss, access issues, and system integrations
  • Ensuring platforms and systems are deployed, configured, and maintained in accordance with operational and security standards.
  • Monitor system health across network, camera, access control, and telephony platforms
  • Respond to outages and lead incident resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis and improve stability
  • Lead and support deployment of network, camera, access control, and telephony systems
  • Validate installations and integrations
  • Recommend and implement improvements to system performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Perform underwriting and technical evaluation of technology upgrades, ensuring alignment with operational standards, scalability, and security requirements
  • Act as primary liaison between vendors, integrators, and service providers
  • Coordinate installs, repairs, and upgrades
  • Validate vendor work and resolve escalations
  • Maintain documentation for networks, camera systems, access control, and telephony systems
  • Develop standard procedures and system records
