About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced .NET full-stack developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems using Microsoft technologies. The role spans the full engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architectural design, implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release support. It emphasizes scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services, with a focus on code quality, security, observability, and operational reliability. The developer will build backend services with C# and .NET Core, develop modern front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks, and deploy solutions in Azure or AWS environments. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
Five or more years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, design patterns, and end-to-end system design.
Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API, including dependency injection, async/await patterns, and middleware design.
Hands-on front-end development experience using Angular, React, or similar component-driven frameworks.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on SQL Server experience, including stored procedures, query plans, and performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control, including branching strategies and release workflows.
Hands-on experience deploying applications to Azure or AWS, including managed services and identity integration.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills, including investigation of complex production issues.
Experience in large enterprise-scale environments where reliability, security, and auditability are important.

Nice To Haves

Practical experience designing and operating microservices architectures in production.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment patterns.
Exposure to distributed system design principles, including eventual consistency, idempotency, and circuit breakers.
Experience implementing automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar DevOps platforms for pipeline orchestration and release management.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end design, development, and technical troubleshooting for enterprise web applications, from discovery through operational ownership.
Develop secure, high-performance backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API, applying object-oriented design, clean architecture, and enterprise patterns.
Design and implement scalable microservices, service-oriented architectures, and event-driven workflows.
Build responsive front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks, with attention to user experience, accessibility, and performance.
Develop and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, indexes, and complex queries.
Produce architecture and technical design documentation aligned with enterprise performance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
Participate in system design discussions and align development with enterprise architecture constraints, road maps, and platform standards.
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and identity services such as Azure AD or Okta.
Contribute to CI/CD integration, automated builds, infrastructure-as-code practices, and deployment processes across development, staging, and production.
Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to restore service and support operational stability.
Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural gaps, and propose and implement improvements.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum activities, including planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Maintain documentation for systems, APIs, integration workflows, and operational runbooks.
