About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our development team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our internal CRM and workflow management systems, working closely with business stakeholders and contributing to architectural decisions across the entire software lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core
- Excellent command of C#
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with SOAP (ASMX) web services
- English and Polish level B2 or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn the business domain and collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Experience in at least one of the following areas will influence assignment to one of our project teams: Frontend development: Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, CSS
- Multithreading & Asynchronous programming
- Advanced SQL expertise
- ASP.NET MVC
- JavaScript
- Bootstrap & CSS
- Jenkins
- Experience with MS SQL Server, Informix, or MySQL is a plus
Responsibilities
- Active development of our internal, custom CRM and workflow management platforms
- Contribute to the development, improvement, and optimization of back-end systems
- Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, including architectural design
- Identify and implement improvements in quality, performance, and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high software standards
- Clarify and translate business requirements into technical solutions
