About The Position

The AES Group INC is seeking a motivated Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team and support application development initiatives for one of our clients in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C#, .NET, web development, databases, and modern frontend technologies. You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and developing features to testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing application enhancements.

Requirements

Strong foundation in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
Familiarity with Git and modern source-control practices.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
8+ year of experience in software development or a related technical role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute across the application stack.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using C# and .NET.
Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and enterprise services.
Troubleshoot application issues and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and software quality initiatives.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other development teams.
Follow established coding standards, development practices, and version-control processes.
Contribute to application deployments, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
