About The Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 10-11 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and React.js. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern application architecture, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.
Requirements
- 10-11 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern application architecture.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Authentication, Authorization, OAuth, JWT, Azure AD.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript ES6, and TypeScript.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI.
- Experience with Redux/Context API.
- Experience with Responsive and cross-browser development.
- SQL Server experience: Writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Git, SonarQube, Postman.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit/Jest).
- Design Patterns and SOLID Principles.

- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Azure Services: App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault.
- Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD Pipeline implementation.
- Docker and Kubernetes exposure.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET and React.
- Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React.js.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Support CI/CD implementation and cloud deployments.
