About The Position

StyleKorean Inc., operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd., is a leading global distributor of Korean beauty products, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, and beauty brands to international markets. We’re looking for a sharp, outgoing, and detail-driven sales pro who loves being in the mix—building relationships, closing deals, and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll own key accounts end-to-end—including major partners like Ulta Beauty—while also teaming up to expand the business and open new doors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps track of the smallest details, and can confidently handle high-demand retail partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or account management (beauty/CPG a plus)
  • Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident
  • Strong memory and attention to detail—you remember names, numbers, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working closely with a teammate to drive results
  • Able to handle demanding accounts and fast-moving situations
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
  • Clear, proactive communicator

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Own Relationships
  • Be the face of the brand for national retail partners

  • Keep a close eye on details and timelines—proactively follow up so nothing falls behind
