About The Position

We are seeking a Senior National Sales Associate to drive our B2B sales growth with national retailers and beauty specialty stores. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional with strong account management experience and a passion for the beauty industry. You will manage key accounts, lead negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute retail initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales or account management (Beauty, Skincare, or CPG experience preferred).
  • Proven experience working with national retail accounts and leading negotiations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate direct communication with our Global HQ in Korea.
  • Familiarity with order management systems, retail compliance, or inventory processes.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for national retail partners; proactively address needs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue across existing accounts and identify new business opportunities; lead negotiations on pricing and terms.
  • Order & Inventory Oversight: Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure order fulfillment accuracy, timely delivery, and retail compliance.
  • Marketing & Execution: Partner with internal teams and retailers on promotional events, product launches, and brand visibility strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
  • Industry Representation: Represent StyleKorean at trade shows, retailer meetings, and key industry events.
