Senior Associate, National Video Investment
About The Position
We are looking for a National Video Investment Senior Associate supporting a major portfolio brand. You will report into the National Video Investment Associate Director and dotted line up to the VP. You will coordinate all facets of the video investment process from billing and invoicing to negotiating You will: Develop and oversee National Video Investment Associates alongside senior staff members Prepare reports (Tracking, GRP, Posts) for the client Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements Communicate with networks regarding client's scheduling &Help facilitate client meetings Input inventory & keep it up to date Schedule ADU and Post- Out Buys Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll-Ups") Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations Prepare Monthly Spending Reports Maintain relationships with vendors Stay informed about latest trends in media, programming, and ratings
Requirements
- 1+ years of national video investment (buying) experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
- Experience with linear and digital video investment
- Working knowledge of Prisma and MediaOcean
- Experience inputting inventory & keeping it up to date
- Knowledge of media research terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

- Experience with sports sponsorship campaigns
