The Opportunity This position works at our Mississauga office in the Diabetes Care division. The Senior National Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across Retail pharmacies and Continuous Care channels. This role manages a team of 6 direct reports and oversees a total team of 8. The position plays a critical role in driving customer centricity, implementing strategic programs, managing trade budgets, and ensuring accurate forecasting and supply planning.
