About The Position

Millwood Inc. is seeking a Senior Multimedia Specialist to create, produce, edit, and manage visual and digital content supporting the organization's marketing, communications, and business initiatives. This role is responsible for creating and implementing professional video, photography, graphics, web, and other multimedia content from concept through final production. The position also maintains and utilizes multimedia production software, equipment, and digital platforms to ensure content is current, engaging, accurate, and aligned with company standards. This senior multimedia role will be responsible for technical and complex projects, project ownership, creative leadership, and strategic responsibility. This expert level role serves as a resource to others, leads larger or higher-visibility projects, and helps establish standards and best practices for multimedia content.

Requirements

3-5 years practical experience
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office
Experience with Sony a7 III and Millwood’s Sony PXW-Z190 or similar video equipment preferred.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual with Spanish a plus.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong understanding of digital content strategy, branding, audience engagement, and communication principles, preferred.
Experience with Sony a7 III and Millwood’s Sony PXW-Z190 or similar video equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Create complex video and multimedia projects from initial concept through final production.
Develop advanced video production techniques, including motion graphics, animation, advanced audio editing, color correction, and visual effects as appropriate.
Establish production standards and best practices for video, photography, graphics, and digital content.
Evaluate new multimedia technologies, software, equipment, and production methods and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot complex production, editing, software, and equipment issues as appropriate.
Provide professional audio production and AV support for company meetings, presentations, events and other organizational activities.
Create marketing and communication materials that support organizational priorities.
Collaborate across departments to develop and implement content within project deadlines.
Support marketing campaigns, company events, Team Member communications, and other projects.
Create multiple multimedia projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
Coordinate production schedules and resources required for projects.
Communicate project status, deadlines, and potential issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure final products meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Maintain working knowledge of video, audio, graphic design, web, and multimedia production software.
Maintain multimedia equipment and coordinate repairs, upgrades, replacements, and inventory as needed.
Stay current with software updates, emerging technologies, production techniques, and industry trends.
Organize and maintain digital media files, templates, graphics, video assets, and other content libraries.
Contribute to the development of digital and multimedia content strategies.
Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content across websites, social media, internal communications, training, and marketing channels.
Help establish standards for content organization, accessibility, metadata, file management, and digital asset utilization.
Provide creative direction for significant marketing and communications projects.
Develop creative concepts and recommend the appropriate format, platform, audience, and distribution method.
Ensure consistency in visual storytelling, messaging, branding, and overall content quality.
Serve as a subject-matter resource for multimedia production and digital content.
