About The Position

The Senior Multimedia Producer serves as a part-time multimedia specialist supporting CRS’s Content Studio and donor communications efforts. The role develops high-quality video, audio, photography, animation, and multimedia products that strengthen donor engagement and elevate CRS’s mission and impact. Working closely with content creators, storytellers, designers, fundraisers, and field teams, the Senior Multimedia Producer transforms programmatic and human-interest content into compelling visual and digital storytelling assets for diverse audiences. This position provides surge production capacity for projects that exceed internal bandwidth and supports a wide range of communications needs, including donor campaigns, presentations, webinars, podcasts, social content, and strategic storytelling initiatives. The role requires exceptional production, editing, and visual storytelling skills, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain CRS brand standards across all multimedia products.
