About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise, strong integration experience, and a consulting mindset to lead complex implementations and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice
  • Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts)
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud Voice architecture, including Amazon Connect and Einstein AI integrations
  • Proven experience with Data Cloud (CDP), including data ingestion, modeling, and identity resolution
  • Extensive integration experience with Salesforce, including Epic (FHIR/HL7), third-party systems, EHRs, and data platforms
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, development, deployment); MuleSoft Certification required
  • Experience with real-time data tools such as Platform Events, External Objects, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
  • Background in consulting environments with strong client-facing skills, requirements gathering, and solution delivery
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures
  • Proficient with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)
  • Strong focus on testing, performance optimization, and security (Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice implementations.
  • Architect secure and scalable data models, leveraging Salesforce Person Accounts, Household Data Models, and FHIR/HL7 standards.
  • Develop custom LWC components, Apex triggers, and batch processes for complex automation and front-end enhancements.
  • Optimize Service Cloud Voice integrations, implementing omnichannel routing and AI-powered automation with Amazon Connect.
  • Implement Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) strategies for real-time data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation.
  • Configure and customize Experience Cloud portals, enabling seamless patient and provider interactions.
  • Develop custom EHR integrations with Epic via API-based frameworks, including FHIR, HL7, and MuleSoft middleware
  • Design and develop high-performance APIs and middleware solutions using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API), Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs for real-time data updates.
  • Lead cross-platform data integrations, including Salesforce Data Cloud, MDM solutions, and external healthcare data sources.
  • Manage ETL processes using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, and Salesforce Connect.
  • Optimize data security and compliance in alignment with HIPAA, HITRUST, and GDPR regulations.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks (Apex Tests, Selenium, Jest for LWC).
  • Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging using Salesforce logs, Apex Replay Debugger, and SOQL optimization techniques.
  • Implement Salesforce Shield Encryption and Field Audit Trail to ensure compliance with healthcare data protection policies.
  • Lead DevOps strategies for metadata management, version control, and deployment automation
  • Work closely with Salesforce Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  • Document solution designs, technical specifications, and integration architectures.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure long-term maintainability of solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients in a consulting capacity, leading discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design.
