About The Position

Gupta Media is looking for an exceptional Senior Motion Designer with deep expertise and strong creative instincts to turn ideas into standout work that connects with audiences everywhere: digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, social media, and wherever else our work takes us. We love people who are driven and hard-working, who love the craft, are team players, can run with concepts, and take feedback well. You are thoughtful, can be nimble when you have to be, but know when to keep going back at it when it needs to be perfect. (And we know it will never be “perfect,” but if you understand the nuance of that statement, we definitely want to speak with you.)

Requirements

A related 4-year degree and 4+ years of agency experience
Strong visual and motion design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to extend a visual idea across mediums
An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects
Strong communicator, able to present your ideas to internal and external teams
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, takes ownership yet seeks guidance and input to elevate their craft
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
