This role is Full-Time and Hybrid in NYC (in office Mon-Wed, remote Thurs-Friday). At Tomo, we’re on a mission to make the homebuying process simple, transparent, and memorable. Our Loan Processors are trusted guides for customers, helping them navigate from application through closing with confidence and clarity. As a Senior Loan Processor, you’ll be responsible for a heavier pipeline than our standard processor role without sacrificing quality. You'll take on increased volume while remaining committed to our core value of omotenashi : proactively anticipating and satisfying customer needs to deliver an exceptional experience. We're looking for someone who excels at managing a high volume of purchase applications simultaneously while maintaining a relentless focus on on-time closes. If you have a proven track record of managing a heavy workload with on-time closes, you'll be a great fit to help shape the future of mortgage lending.
