About The Position
CACI is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to join their team on a contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security. As a Senior Mobility Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team of architects, endpoint engineers, and security experts responsible for the design, implementation, and sustainment of an enterprise Apple platform supporting a DHS customer.
Requirements
- Ability to attain DHS EOD.
- BA + 10 years' applicable experience, AA + 12 years' applicable experience, or 16 years' applicable experience.
- Strong enterprise Apple mobility administration and engineering experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or comparable MDM/UEM platforms.
- Experience managing iPhone and iPad (iOS/iPadOS) devices in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Strong knowledge of iOS/iPadOS device configuration, application deployment, operating system updates, security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, certificates, PKI, and Conditional Access.
- Experience developing Apple device security baselines, configuration policies, compliance controls, and restrictions.
- Experience with scripting, automation, APIs, or PowerShell for Apple endpoint administration.
Nice To Haves
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related Microsoft certification.
- Apple or Jamf certification.
- Experience with NIST, CIS, STIG, or other federal security baselines.
- Vulnerability management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale federal or highly regulated Apple environments.
Responsibilities
- Support vulnerability remediation, security assessments, compliance reporting, and mobile endpoint security initiatives.
- Develop reports and dashboards for device inventory, compliance, application deployment, patching, and security posture.
- Evaluate new Apple devices, iOS/iPadOS releases, management capabilities, and emerging Apple mobility technologies.
- Respond to escalated technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and special projects as required.
