About The Position

Jitsu is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the design and architecture of mission-critical applications used by delivery partners and operations teams in the field and in logistics facilities. The role owns solutions to operational problems from discovery through design, delivery, and adoption, ensuring that the problems are resolved in practice. The engineer will spend time with operations leaders, site leads, warehouse teams, and delivery partners, potentially visiting warehouses, working a sort shift, or accompanying delivery routes to understand their needs. The position focuses on Jitsu's Flutter apps, which support millions of shipments each year. The engineer will build reliable, performant mobile experiences for offline use, fast scanning, dependable location tracking, and releases that operations can rely on. The role also works across the stack, addressing backend services, data, tooling, or process changes as needed and collaborating with the broader engineering team. The engineer will help shape how AI capabilities are applied to the company's tools and workflow, and will mentor teammates while setting mobile technical direction and quality standards.
