About The Position

Software Mind is seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter to join their team. The role involves collaborating with frontend, backend developers, and stakeholders to build high-performing, visually stunning mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences. The team is working with a British insurance company on cybersecurity, developing customer care applications that serve as the communication channel between the insurance company and its customers. The main app's functional features include checking if the customer has secure enough infrastructure for an agreement, notifying users about incidents and risks related to their employer, providing guidance through FAQs and a virtual assistant, and offering tools to configure color schemes, fonts, and content.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with a focus on Flutter.
Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of modern app architecture
Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in Scrum methodology

Nice To Haves

Experience in fintech applications is a plus.
Experience with native bridges for both iOS & Android using Swift and Kotlin.
Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod
Ability to divide complex technical requirements into smaller ones and picking details that can be done at a later stage

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with designers and backend teams to implement features and enhance app functionality.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
