Requirements

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Strong background in mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
Proven experience designing one or more of the following high-speed circuit blocks: Phase-Locked Loops (PLL) Delay-Locked Loops (DLL) Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) Decision Feedback Equalizers (DFE) High-speed Transmitters (TX) Analog Front-End (AFE/CTLE)
Experience evaluating new interface architectures and conducting feasibility studies based on industry-leading implementations.
Hands-on experience with silicon validation, laboratory measurements, and high-speed serial link characterization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts and design reviews.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop high-speed I/O circuit blocks, including Transmitters (TX), Phase-Locked Loops (PLL), Clock and Data Recovery (CDR), Analog Front-End (AFE/CTLE), and Decision Feedback Equalizers (DFE).
Conduct feasibility studies for next-generation interface building blocks through analysis of state-of-the-art architectures and implementations.
Design, simulate, validate, and optimize mixed-signal circuits to meet performance, power, and area targets.
Perform laboratory validation, silicon bring-up, and high-speed serial link characterization.
Present architecture proposals, design reviews, and technical results to local engineering teams and global counterparts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design, verification, validation, and product development lifecycle.
