Requirements

10+ years of semiconductor testing experience, including New Product Introductions (NPI).
Hands-on experience with Teradyne or Advantest Testing Platforms.
Strong proficiency in programming tester platforms.
Experience in conducting data analysis using industry tools.
Familiarity with high-speed Analog design ICs.
Minimum BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans and implement ATE tests for IC manufacturing.
Analyze high-volume test data and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with engineering teams and test equipment manufacturers to resolve testing challenges.
Drive the bring-up of test equipment for mass-manufacturing at remote OSATs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Lead the release of test solutions to external OSATs while maintaining quality oversight.
Support continuous improvement of test methodologies and processes.
