Requirements

  • 10+ years of semiconductor testing experience, including New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Hands‑on experience with the Teradyne or Advantest Testing Platforms for design and debug
  • Strong proficiency in programming the tester platforms
  • Experience conducting data analysis using industry tools.
  • Familiarity with high-speed Analog design ICs.
  • Minimum BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oasis code modularity tools.
  • Knowledge of the Teradyne nWire protocol‑aware environment.
  • Hands-on experience with the Teradyne UltraFlex Plus platform and proficiency with Visual Basic.
  • Background releasing test solutions to external OSATs.
  • Familiarity with PAM4 ultra‑high‑speed testing techniques.
  • Exposure to high‑volume manufacturing and yield‑optimization practices.
  • Proficiency with GIT source code repositories.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and design, implement, and execute ATE tests and hardware to support IC manufacturing.
  • Analyze high‑volume test data and prepare clear reports on device and system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and test‑equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing challenges.
  • Drive bring‑up of test equipment and test programs for mass‑manufacturing at local and remote OSATs.
  • Ensure all test activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead the release of test solutions to external OSATs and maintain quality oversight.
  • Support continuous improvement of test methodologies, tools, and processes across the product lifecycle.
