About The Position

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions, creating joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. These ecosystems enable connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Mission Operations Engineers work across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, owning customer relationships and developing, planning, and deploying Anduril products to support their missions. They collaborate with customers to understand their specific problem sets and shape Anduril’s offerings alongside engineering teams to fit mission needs. They are responsible for customer and mission success and play a critical role in shaping the future of Anduril Industries.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management and product deployment roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments
  • Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Ability to drive challenging and vague technical problems to clarity and resolution
  • Willing to travel as necessary (25-50%)
  • Secret Clearance or above required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Defense Technology Product/Program Management, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success type roles
  • Experience and familiarity with USAF intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems and workflows
  • Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products.
  • Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions.
  • Deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure high performance of products through collaboration with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams.
  • Improve user experience and evolve operational tactics and techniques by monitoring customer interaction with products.
  • Work with product teams to address issues on behalf of the customer.
  • Meet commercial targets that drive top line growth through customer success.
  • Establish committed and trust-based partnerships with customers to solve immediate problems and foresee future opportunities.
  • Articulate Anduril’s value proposition and impact on customer problem sets from executive level to end user.
  • Understand customer mission challenges and represent the customer when working with Anduril engineers to shape products.
  • Collaborate with business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure all parties are engaged and informed for successful deployment of complex hardware and software products.
  • Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity, working directly with the United States Air Force to develop and deploy Anduril C2 products.
  • Own the delivery of contract deliverables, including developing and implementing measures of performance and effectiveness, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps.
  • Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements, feedback, issues, and challenges found during product employment.
  • Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive the development of product features and configurations.
  • Support engagement with other service components, Geographic Combatant Commands, and other Government organizations to integrate Anduril products.
  • Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including issue tracking, training sessions, refreshers, and preparation for large-scale exercises and events.
