About The Position

INTECON is seeking a Senior Mission Analyst / Program Manager to support the U.S. Air Force A33B Mission Assurance Construct Support (MACS) program. This role involves leading mission analysis efforts, managing contractor team operations, and serving as the primary interface between INTECON personnel and Air Force leadership within a Pentagon SCIF environment. The position is based in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area at the Pentagon, requiring 100% onsite presence.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with caveats
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) from an accredited institution
  • Over 10 years of experience in mission analysis, program management, or related defense/intelligence work
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 10+ personnel on DoD contracts
  • Experience supporting Air Force or DoD mission assurance, critical infrastructure protection, or enterprise risk management programs
  • Proven ability to interface with senior government leadership (O-6/GS-15 and above)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with HAF or MAJCOM-level staff operations
  • Prior experience with Air Force A3 or A5 organizations
  • Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or enterprise data analytics platforms
  • Experience managing contracts with FFP and T&M CLINs
  • Knowledge of OASIS+ contract vehicle requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site Program Manager responsible for overall contract performance, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Lead and mentor a team of mission analysts, data specialists, and workflow support personnel
  • Oversee mission decomposition, critical asset identification, and dependency analysis activities
  • Develop and execute the Program Management Plan (PMP) within 30 calendar days of contract award
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government leadership
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings on mission assurance findings, risks, and recommendations
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and contract requirements
  • Manage personnel actions including hiring, retention, training, and performance management
  • Coordinate transition activities during contract phase-in and phase-out periods
  • Support governance forums and decision-making processes at the HAF level
