About The Position

We are seeking a Senior MIS/SAP Manager to join our Global Support team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of the organization’s MIS to support organizational objectives. This person will collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze business requirements, deliver business insights, drive continuous improvements and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar professional field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing MIS or software teams
Minimum 7 years of experience in database application design and/or implementation for ERP/MRP systems
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft SQL Server Database
Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus
Experience with full deployment of SAP for core functions is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvement instead of only fixing the issues identified
Resolve customer support issues
Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics
