The Senior Middle Market Property Broker serves as an integral interface between WTW’s clients and prospects and various insurance carriers in the marketplace. They advise Producers and other colleagues on the design of programs for clients; present submissions to carriers, negotiate to secure coverage that meets client needs, oversee preparation of client proposals and maintain strong relationships with key carriers. This is a consultative advisor role focused on creating technically sound solutions that address clients’ risks without negatively impacting their balance sheet. The role involves crafting strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk, leveraging specialist industry experience and market know-how. The Middle Market Property Broker position is a highly collaborative role focused on large single carrier accounts and supports the Middle Market sales growth initiative, including RFP responses. Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
