About The Position

The Senior Microsoft Security Architect will play a pivotal role in enhancing the security posture of our IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security architecture, a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, and a commitment to safeguarding sensitive information while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security architecture, specifically with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Enhanced security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and best practices.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into existing and new systems, applications, and processes.
• Stay current with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the security framework as needed.
• Provide expert guidance to IT teams on security-related matters and mentor junior security professionals.
• Assist in the development and execution of security awareness training for staff members.
• Participate in security audits and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
