About The Position

Thrive is hiring a hands-on technical leader to design, build, deploy, and support production-ready Microsoft AI, data, workflow, and business application solutions. The role spans Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related Azure services. The architect will translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions, lead delivery from discovery through production deployment, establish reusable engineering standards, and serve as a technical escalation point for Microsoft AI Services. The position includes designing and deploying Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, agents, applications, workflows, integrations, AI applications, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions. It also involves designing Microsoft Fabric environments and data workloads, building pipelines, lakehouses, semantic models, and analytics solutions, and connecting data products with AI agents, workflows, applications, and reporting. The architect will establish production engineering practices, including source control, CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, monitoring, logging, and support documentation. They will troubleshoot issues across the Microsoft ecosystem, create reusable architectures and deployment materials, lead client discovery and implementation, present technical recommendations, mentor consultants and engineers, and partner with sales, security, service delivery, architecture, and client teams.
