The Senior MEP Superintendent will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the scheduling and installation of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems. This role involves overseeing Mechanical/Electrical Superintendents, ensuring compliance with job descriptions and responsibilities, and conducting performance evaluations. The position also plays a key role in scheduling, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and assisting with estimating and preconstruction activities. The Senior MEP Superintendent will facilitate VDC processes if applicable and coordinate various systems including underground, interstitial space, wall framing, roof, life safety, power, medical equipment, and low voltage systems. Other responsibilities include participating in meetings, monitoring on-site work, inspecting materials, assisting with change orders, and developing relationships with inspectors. The role requires the ability to travel and supervise multiple projects over a large geographic area.
