Requirements

Minimum of one year of previous branch banking experience is required
Strong communication skills are vital
Attention to detail is crucial when handling teller transactions and managing account openings and closings
Proficiency with banking software and tools is necessary
High School graduate or equivalent
Must pass the Sr. Member Service Representative Assessment
Previous experience as Member Service Representative and Teller is required
Excellent knowledge of credit union products and services
Must pass background and drug screening
