Sobi is hiring three Senior Medical Science Liaisons to support lymphoma (lacutamab). This remote, field-based role can be performed anywhere in the continental United States, with a strong preference for candidates located within 30–40 minutes of a major airport. The role supports an assigned U.S. territory and requires frequent domestic travel of 60% or more by ground and/or air, depending on territory size, stakeholder needs, congress participation, and business requirements. The Senior Medical Science Liaison serves as a field-based scientific expert on cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and lacutamab, a humanized monoclonal antibody immunotherapy targeting KIR3DL2. The MSL builds trusted scientific relationships, exchanges balanced medical information, and generates actionable field insights to inform U.S. Medical Affairs strategy and launch readiness. The role supports Sobi’s rare disease portfolio in hematology and acts as a scientific resource across hematology-oncology, dermatology, and dermato-oncology communities. It collaborates with academic, community, and multidisciplinary care teams in accordance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. This is a field execution role within Hematology Medical Affairs; Medical Affairs leadership leads the CTCL medical strategy, and the MSL contributes field perspectives to it. Responsibilities include scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders; identifying and sharing insights about unmet needs, care pathways, evidence gaps, and the treatment landscape; executing territory-level medical plans; and contributing to lacutamab launch preparedness. The MSL provides scientific education and training, supports educational programs and congress activities, contributes to evidence-generation and research collaborations, and supports clinical development and operations in the field. The role also collaborates across internal functions while maintaining the independence and integrity of Medical Affairs. Candidates must have an accredited doctorate in a life-science, health-science, or basic-science discipline, or may be considered with another advanced health degree and extensive relevant industry or clinical experience. At least five years of MSL experience in hematology/oncology, heme-onc, or a closely related therapeutic area is required. CTCL/PTCL or lymphoma expertise, dermatology or dermato-oncology experience, clinical practice, rare-disease experience, and product-launch experience are valued. A clinical hematology-oncology background is highly preferred.
