Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Officer – Infectious Disease & Clinical Development to support DMID-sponsored clinical studies in Rockville, MD. Requirements
- MD from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. work authorization required (No visa sponsorship).
Responsibilities
- Support protocol development and pharmacovigilance strategy for DMID-sponsored clinical studies.
- Review safety monitoring plans and clinical safety data.
- Review clinical study reports, investigator brochures, and scientific literature.
- Provide input on protocol development and study safety design.
- Provide infectious disease expertise to DMID staff and external stakeholders.
- Participate in discussions related to clinical design and safety issues.
- Maintain proficiency in DMID clinical study databases.
