Requirements

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing, refurbishment or service.
  • Hands on troubleshooting experience with 480v 3 Phase
  • Knowledge of assembly and testing processes, including interpretation of technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams; adherence to procedures; software loading; and use of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Committed to following safe work practices and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum of an associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Experience with an integrated system between MI and CT.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical knowledge of Molecular Imaging systems and Computed Tomography products.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety practices.
  • Mastery good documentation practices.
  • Command of handling non-conforming material in an FDA regulated environment.
  • Experience with an integrated system between MI and CT.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Work on SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT systems.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering teams to support the successful release of imaging systems into production.
  • Conduct system-level testing as required, including Customer Acceptance Testing (CUT), Performance Qualifications (PQs), ramp-up activities, and production stop‑gap testing.
  • Train production personnel on system assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Provide input for work and test instructions.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure conformance of incoming components.
  • Maintain fixtures and tooling, ensuring they are in proper working condition and calibrated according to schedule.
