About The Position

Provide senior global medical leadership for the long-acting HIV portfolio, with primary accountability for an emerging treatment programme and its evidence, communication and launch-readiness agenda. Establish the global medical and scientific strategic direction, short- and long-term goals, and the overall planning and delivery of integrated medical affairs plans for the next-generation long-acting treatment portfolio. Work in close partnership with the broader long-acting franchise to ensure a coherent, joined-up medical strategy across the portfolio. Collaborate across current and future long-acting and combination assets to maximise the collective value of the franchise and support a seamless scientific narrative across treatment and prevention. Build and develop a global medical capability to support the evolving portfolio, with responsibility for leading and developing a team of up to four professionals over time. Operate effectively within a complex, highly matrixed environment, navigating uncertainty and shaping strategy as the scientific, competitive and policy landscapes evolve.
