The Senior Medical Assistant licensed provides support and clinic coordination of multiple patient care services on multiple campuses, exercising independence in the planning and accomplishment of a wide spectrum of clerical duties. Requirements
- Coursework/Training - Graduate of certified medical assistant program
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Experienced in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with emphasis in Healthcare
- 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting. (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.)
