About The Position

Responsible for media management algorithm design for Data Center SSD. 1. Signal processing, including analog, digital and statistical signal process by signal processors, modeling samples with probability distribution under Probability and stochastic process, and error control coding; 2. Utilizing key features and specifications of data Center SSD to achieve such type of specification; 3. System design, including flash storage system basics, including general product, USB/SD/SSD and the functional operation of each of those components; 4. Nand knowledge, including non-volatile memory categories, and their fundamental difference, operation of non-volatile memory cell, and NAND flash memory architecture; 5. Chip design, including analog and digital integrated circuit knowledge. CMOS transistor operation and fundamental RLC circuit behavior and analysis skill.
