About The Position

TNT Crane & Rigging is seeking a Senior Systems Architect to serve as the technical authority over our enterprise systems ecosystem, with particular emphasis on ERP architecture, integration, and data strategy. This role owns the architectural integrity of our ERP platform and its integration with surrounding operational, financial, fleet, safety, and HR systems. The Senior Systems Architect will define how ERP data is structured, governed, integrated, and consumed across the organization while ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate combines deep ERP platform experience with hands-on expertise in data modeling, system integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics platforms. This individual will translate business processes into scalable system configurations, guide ERP modernization efforts, and ensure enterprise-wide alignment between business workflows and technical architecture. The ideal candidate is a technically elite, execution-oriented architect who thrives at the intersection of enterprise design and hands-on engineering. They are equally comfortable defining long-term architectural standards as they are writing SQL, building pipelines, configuring APIs, or troubleshooting complex data flows.

  • Familiarity with data migration methodologies, data mapping, and ETL concepts.
  • Deep expertise in relational database design, SQL, and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, dbt, Apache NiFi, or custom Python/SQL pipelines).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
  • Prior experience working in multi-entity or multi-branch organizations undergoing digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex data migration initiatives
  • Strong experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX, dataflows) or comparable enterprise BI platforms.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including data warehouse and integration services.
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize enterprise data governance standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
