About The Position

Core member of Liberty Mutual’s in-house media buying team and partner with peers to develop holistic media execution across Paid Search. Autonomously monitor, optimize, and manage various accounts and provide strategic insights to improve efficiency and increase scale. Own Monthly/Weekly/Daily campaign performance tracking, budget management, and key KPI tracking including conversion, cost per acquisition, and profitability. Ensure targeting and bidding strategies support larger tactic goals, proactively analyze, recommend, and implement sophisticated campaign optimizations. Build relationships and collaborate effectively across key internal and external stakeholders, including creative, channel, modeling, and platform partners (i.e. Google, Bing, etc.). Utilize a variety of tools and sources to conduct analyses that will inform media optimizations and quantify business value of campaigns and present findings to leadership. Build subject matter expertise in a rapidly evolving space and seek out new and creative opportunities to grow and optimize overall marketing spend. Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in a Senior Media Specialist-related occupation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with advanced technical programs including SQL, Snowflake, Adobe, and PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Demonstrated proficiency analyzing large data sets in excel using advanced functions including vlookups, index match, pivot tables and macros.
  • Demonstrated proficiency leveraging visualization tools including ThinkCell, excel charts, conditional formatting, and maps.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in storyboarding and sharing large, complex analyses in a synthesized, clear and concise way.
  • Demonstrated proficiency building, managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads including editor.
  • Managing large, complex paid search accounts with substantial budgets.
