You will also have experience working closely with clients to solve problems and make smart decisions about media budget investment. You will be present at every stage of the campaign planning process: interpreting client objectives, creating measurement frameworks, writing strategy, building testing methodologies, and diagnosing performance. You will be involved in monitoring performance in real-time, passing insights back to Croud’s channel experts, and helping them build a holistic view of campaigns. You will help decipher campaign success and return on investment, acting as counsel to major clients. You will be interested in learning about other digital marketing areas like content, SEO, and creative, as the Strategy & Planning team connects these specialties. Over time, you will be encouraged to develop your skills and expand your role to meet evolving client needs. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful decision-maker and team player who loves data-backed recommendations, has proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives (including budget and channel allocation, and audience development), and can apply creativity to an intelligence-based discipline.
