About this role Join our Global Marketing Science and Measurement team. This is a strategic role where you will be key to measuring media effectiveness globally. You will be responsible for designing and building the data products (dashboards and reports) that analyze performance across all media channels (ATL, Digital, Performance). This role provides actionable, strategic insights to senior media leaders and local markets to optimize spending and drive business growth worldwide. Requirements

  • Proven Analytical Impact: Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical projects and influence media or marketing strategy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL and developing data products within visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Quantitative Background: A strong foundation, ideally with an academic background in Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Measurement Expertise: Understanding of multi-channel media dynamics (Brand vs. Performance) and interpreting strategic KPIs.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to package and present complex findings as clear, executive-level narratives.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Eagerness to tackle ambiguous business problems using rigorous data methods.

Responsibilities

  • Own Data Product Build: Lead the design and development of essential global dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track all key media KPIs.
  • Design Measurement Frameworks: Actively design and set up advanced measurement studies, including lift tests and analytical inputs for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on media performance and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all global media data by owning data structuring and quality assurance processes.
  • Causal Focus: Interest in using advanced techniques (like econometrics) to understand the true causal impact of media investments.
  • Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and marketing teams, clearly communicating complex results.
