About The Position

Bala Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to join its Washington, D.C.-area office in Arlington, Virginia. The role requires knowledge and experience across all phases of building design, including construction administration and commissioning. The engineer will manage and execute multiple projects using Revit and AutoCAD. Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes.
• Excellent technical and presentation skills.
• Expertise in proposal development.
• Client interface and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Contribute to all phases of building design, including construction administration and commissioning.
• Develop proposals.
• Interface with clients and build client relationships.
