About The Position

This role is for a Senior Mechanical Engineer on the Completions & Wellbore Intervention Team, focusing on the Engineer-To-Order business. The primary responsibilities involve design modifications on new and existing equipment to meet customer requests or field specifications. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of complex mechanical systems and technologies, particularly those related to well construction and production in demanding energy environments. The engineer will lead projects, develop innovative technologies, and support products throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 10+ years relevant experience in Operations and/or Engineering environment; or Master's degree in Engineering or Science with 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Engineering environment.
Experience in design and testing of Completions products.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Action oriented, ethical in value, and customer focused with a drive for results.
Sound ability to manage time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.
Experience in SAP and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

Executes the design, analysis, and/or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
Collaborates with the design team to develop engineering designs that fit the needs of the client and ensuring engineering deliverables are completed timely.
Resolves problems through the application of acquired expertise based upon precedents.
Customizes projects to client needs.
Conveys technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.
Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
