Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in piping stress analysis and design reviews.
  • 3- 6 years of hands-on experience with static and rotary equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors.
  • Must have an experience in integration & commissioning of mechanical equipment (skids is preferred).
  • CADWorx, CAESAR II, STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD.

Nice To Haves

  • Gulf experience would be preferred.
  • An additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Must know FEED, detailed design of brownfield and green field projects in Oil & Gas industry
  • Conduct Piping Stress Analysis to design documentation and deliverables such as piping flexibility and stress reports, nozzle load reports and pipe support load calculations.
  • Oversee the material selection process for piping, structures, valves, and buildings
  • Selection / design of static and rotary equipment like pressure vessels, Shell/Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Compressors.
  • Perform design reviews for skids, including stress and structural analysis
  • Hands-on experience in piping, instrumentation, and fabrication
  • Should have a hands-on experience in technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis.
  • An additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus.
  • Manage project procurement and cost-controlling activities.
  • Handle vendor and subcontractor management, ensuring inter-discipline coordination and effective conflict resolution.
  • Manage change orders and develop goal-oriented teams to achieve project objectives.
