About The Position

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, processing meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping), and ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management. You will also leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, while planning for profitability and maintaining a work area according to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be an advocate for the department and the club, modeling high-quality service and products, and interacting with associates to understand and help train them in job-related duties. You will also comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Requirements

  • 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if the position is received.
