About The Position

Trimble is looking for a visionary Senior MDM Platform Engineer to drive the evolution of our Customer Master platform and connect vital systems across our global ecosystem. This role will lead the technical implementation and ongoing evolution of our enterprise Customer Master platform (Eg: Reltio). This role will design, configure, integrate, and support our MDM platform while partnering closely with Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Integration Engineering, and application teams. The ideal candidate combines hands-on MDM platform expertise with strong integration and data modeling skills to deliver a scalable Customer 360 foundation across our enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or data platform solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting an enterprise MDM platform (Reltio preferred).
Strong understanding of Customer Master Data Management, including matching, survivorship, customer hierarchies, and data quality.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with JSON and SQL.
Experience integrating enterprise applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Reltio implementation and Integration Hub experience.
Experience integrating Salesforce and Oracle ERP.
Experience with Azure, MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, or similar integration technologies.
Familiarity with Snowflake, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the MDM platform (Reltio), including data models, entities, relationships, hierarchies, match/merge rules, survivorship, workflows, and security.
Translate business and data governance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems including Salesforce, Oracle ERP, IAM, middleware, portals, and other business applications.
Configure and enhance data quality, validation, stewardship, and reference data capabilities.
Support CI/CD, environment management, platform deployments, and production operations.
Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to technical architecture, implementation standards, and platform best practices.
Deliver scalable and reliable Customer Master capabilities.
Build high-quality integrations across the enterprise application ecosystem.
Improve customer data quality and operational efficiency.
Help establish the Customer Master platform as a trusted enterprise capability supporting Customer 360 and future business growth.
